## ShipStation Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Constant login issues"
Fire your developers!!!
-- eugm, 2025-09-24

### *---- "Doesn’t support FaceID"
The sign in process here is terrible. Once I verify my device I should have to very it again for at least a month.
And there is no option for FaceID anymore. Feels like this is missing basic technology that’s been available since the iPhone 5s. About 12 years ago.
-- vloyinatchu, 2025-09-04

### *---- "Awful and I’m tired of it"
It literally does not function at all. Stopped working and I cannot run my business on the desktop version while on the go - fail
-- dmmx11, 2025-08-16

### **--- "Most difficult app"
This is the most difficult app I have ever use. It is so confusing. You literally have to look and look and look to find what you’re wanting to do. You can’t download a label to be able to print it in the download file. I had to screenshot my label then email it to myself, then download it and then print it if I hadn’t put money on here, I wouldn’t be using this app and after my money is gone, I won’t be using this app again
-- Kenya k a, 2025-08-07

### *---- "App is now useless"
Must login thru safari, and not the app. No point of having the app, just use safari and save space on your phone. Hope they fired the idiot that came up with this.
-- Mike Vetovich, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Doesn’t sync up with desktop site!"
I thought this would be more convenient than the website! It’s not! I have more issues with the app not wanting to log in or updating itself to reflect funds in my shipping account! FRUSTRATING!
-- INeedGroceriesToday, 2025-07-12

### *---- "Recently broken?"
App is no longer usable on phone. Last month it was requiring login to desktop to verify now it requires login to app every time and then I can’t even navigate orders or shipments in the newest layout.
-- arbebxjowbw, 2025-07-10

### **--- "Constantly have to sign in"
They broke this app and can’t figure out how to fix it, or don’t care.
-- Awm212, 2025-07-08

### *---- "Sign in problems"
I really don’t know why something that worked fine had to be messed up. I was able to just click on the app and I was in, and everything was big and readable, now every time I try to open the app I have to enter my username and password and it doesn’t even remember it, the look was redesigned to look more like a webpage not an app and it is hard to read. I’m at a point where I’m thinking about looking for other options for my shipping needs.
-- TM9263738, 2025-07-06

### *---- "Are we serious?"
Got an error on my first order. Im just gonna delete it im not dealing with this
