Instead, it takes you to the main homepage with all the stores listed. -- Minister Love, 2026-09-11 ### ***** "Horrible l" Let’s be clear I don’t use no other third party app but this one but this was a straight nightmare got one supervisor and. Calls back to back today why keep calling a customer and giving them miss information in emails I was told by morning of today it would be fixed I still don’t have food today and why would u continue to give me the wrong information I got the information on my own it’s been over 24 hrs since I tried to place a order from yesterday mind u it’s the holiday and I wanted my food yesterday this is crazy stop giving out the wrong information can’t read worth a damn either -- LtLt Lt, 2026-09-04 ### ***-- "Tired of canceling" I let my preferred shopper know I am ordering so he can schedule himself. He does, watches his phone for the order and it gets offered to another shopper. I cancel and reorder until he gets it. Customer service says he gets the offer. It is not true. We tested it. He was right there with me watching his phone. No offer. I’ve had too many inept shoppers. So happy to have found a good one but the system sucks. -- Flint lunchlady, 2026-09-03 ### ***** "Yup" I agree -- Jonathan Madison, 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Never gets order on time" I have ordered more than one order thru target. And not one time I got my order on time. They are never able to find a shopper. Sucks. -- Minivency, 2026-09-01 ### ***-- "Order delays" Too many order delays -- McNearney, 2026-08-31 ### ***** "Shipt has been Life Changing" I have been using Shipt for many years. My shoppers have all been wonderful and communicate quickly for substitutions. The app is easy to use and offers appropriate alternatives when items are low in stock. Most importantly I can enjoy my morning coffee on Saturday Mornings instead of fighting the crowds at the grocery store. -- Momneedsavacation, 2026-08-29 ### *---- "Horrible Customer Service if you have a problem." You're on your own if you have a problem. -- Seattle - bag storage, 2026-08-29 ### ***** "Recommend" Every time I use the app, it works perfectly for me. It is a life saver to some people so thank you! -- blazin 7's, 2026-08-28 ### ***** "Excellent Shopper" Shopper is fast and communicates well for substitutes and status! -- AmberleeTay, 2026-08-25 ### *---- "Shipt in Boston area is terrible" Why are orders being claimed and dropped off 3 hours ahead when I specify no early delivery especially with cold items!!! -- saylor.nep, 2026-08-21 ### *---- "Shopper" Worst shoppers I can think of. Stick to any other app honestly. They don’t call, they don’t reach out, they “complete” orders even if they are not delivered. All together this app was not properly thought out -- Jbhxdzoxgock, 2026-08-20 ### ***** "Great app" I have target circle 360 and this add on was the best thing! No mark ups and the shoppers are great at communicating with me on what is and isn’t available. -- Shopper jojo, 2026-08-17 ### ***** "I love this app" I love this app because if they don’t have my must have items they will get them from a different store. I will be using this one over the other apps available! -- shyb2, 2026-08-15 ### ****- "Frustrated" I’ve been using Shipt for grocery delivery since 2017. I love the convenience of it. However, I recently discovered I haven’t been earning reward points for my grocery orders. When I tried to figure out why, I saw that my grocery store (Reasor’s) was no longer listed under the reward account affiliates that I could link to. I don’t know if this is a company issue or an app issue. When I tried to bring it to the attention of Shipt customer service they just repeatedly gave me instructions of how to link reward accounts as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I can’t! My store isn’t listed as an option anymore. It’s just gone, without any notice that it was removed. There one day, gone the next. -- Glori-Oreo, 2026-08-15 ### *---- "Shoppers STEAL" I placed an order for $200 in steaks and my shopper stole it and took a pic of a brick wall!!! -- Jckfk fixiziskxkxjxjxix, 2026-08-14 ### *---- "Wtf!" Every time I place an order the app logs me out. Every. Flipping. Time. -- Leigh_Rene’, 2026-08-13 ### *---- "Excessive charge" Approval on my credit card was far more than the amount charged! -- Yu6wew, 2026-08-13 ### ***** "Grocery order." I was unable to use my Snap payment. -- Lisabordercollie, 2026-08-09 ### ***** "Easy for the lazy and busy days" I find it easy to use the website. Most of the shoppers are great and do wonderful substitutes and are always on time with delivery, sometimes to early. -- Cuddles168, 2026-08-09 [View all Shipt reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Shipt Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Food Drink | #66 | ## Shipt Discovered Keywords - pickup point - food - food and drink - food stores - grocery shopping - delivery - delivery food - eat - order food - alcohol delivery ## Apps Similar to Shipt - [Favor: Texas Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/favor-texas-food-delivery-Jbc/united-states) - [Postmates - Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/postmates-food-delivery-lhc/united-states) - [Instacart: Groceries & Food](https://apptail.io/app/instacart-groceries-food-XAc/united-states) - [Gopuff - Grocery Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/gopuff-grocery-delivery-ode/united-states) - [Saucey: Alcohol Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/saucey-alcohol-delivery-HUe/united-states) - [Caviar - Order Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/caviar-order-food-delivery-CNf/united-states) - [Publix Delivery & Curbside](https://apptail.io/app/publix-delivery-curbside-mgn/united-states) - [7NOW: Food & Drinks Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/7now-food-drinks-delivery-Twn/united-states) - [Seamless: Local Food Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/seamless-local-food-delivery-bPL/united-states) - [Order by delivery.com](https://apptail.io/app/order-by-deliverycom-lyN/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
