I faced worst service of Shohoj and Saudia together. If you want to purchase problem/issue, buy ticket via Shohoj.com.
No user friendly
Search in app not in browser. This will help you ux and do good in the long run.

They are doing scam in Bangladesh railway

Uninstalling because of their railway scam. Simply ridiculous.
Add more travel companies.
More companies for bus tickets such as - Green line Paribahan, Shohagh Paribahan, Desh Travels, Soudia, Paharika, Purabi Paribahan, Purbani Paribahan etc should be added. There are no options to buy ticket for saint martin. Many more destinations & travel companies should be added as soon as possible.
Broke heart
They removed their food delivery facilities so I’m hurt!
Stupid activities
Accepts orders! Takes bkash payment and tells after 1 hour that delivery is not possible! And returns the money after 3/4 days! They did this 3 times! I thought they had technical issues first! But when they did this 3rd time! I had to face trouble and got embarrassed in front of my guest! Stupid management! You should stop your activities! As you can’t handle your company! And make trouble for customers! Just uninstalled your app.
Worst service ever
I’ve order my food from the munch station at 6.23pm it arrives at 9pm
