You can find the following functions in the Shokz app:

1) Rich and powerful sound
Enjoy built-in tuning for easy switching between sound modes, while the customizable equalizer allows you to tailor your music to your preferences.

2) Programmable buttons
Assign touch buttons to the functions you use the most.

3) Effortless multipoint pairing
The app allows you to simultaneously connect one pair of headphones to two Bluetooth devices. Additionally, you can easily switch and manage other Shokz headphones directly from the app.

4) Firmware upgrades
Up-to-date firmware keeps your headphones in optimal condition, ensuring you get the best user experience.

5) Playback controls
Adjust the volume, pause/play music, skip songs, and choose playback modes directly through the app.

6) Access information
- Your headphones: Including headphone battery status, user manual, serial number, and additional details.
- Shokz: Explore the brand story, service policy, and other relevant information.

Very happy with these headphones. Bought the open fit 2 before I realised there was a swimming version, so now I have a pair of each! Very impressed with how easy the mp3 transfer is for the open swim model. And 32GB storage means less time shuffling songs on and off device. These are the best headphones for exercise I have ever had. And I’ve had (still got) Bose QC noise cancelling in-ear versions. They’re great too, but the bone conduction allowing me to hear my surroundings  is a big plus.

I love the concept of bone conduction headphones so my ears remain free and I can safely hear my surroundings whilst listening to music. It’s really important when I’m outdoor running or traveling and wanting to remain aware. Adjusting the sound quality via the app makes a big difference and overall I love these. There’s a limitation to the maximum volume I can appreciate my music, given interference from my surroundings. A big fan overall.

These are awesome open ear bone conduction headphones. They allow awareness of the area around you, clear audio and comfortable to wear so you can have them on at work. In the ICT industry, I’m able to work while on a call or listening to content even in a network cabinet/comms room. The design means I do t have to worry about earbuds falling out of my ears in the network cabinet.

I’m a mechanic and I’ve had a set of the original OpenRun for years and they’ve been absolutely excellent. They’re the only headset I can use and customs can actually hear me while I continue working. 
I have recently purchased a set of OpenFit so I can use one at a time and be without the hoop around the back of my head as it is sometimes inconvenient. 
I have downloaded the app this time around and it’s great to have a few different preset options for the controls although it would be nice to be able to have a bit more flexibility or custom option. 
The app seems easy to use and reliable other than that.

I bought these for the gym as over ear headphones are hot and get in the way. I had one of the first sets of Shokz and lived them and these definitely don’t disappoint the sound is great and allows you to stay connected to the surroundings. I use them all the time now and only use my OE for flying as they have ANC. Battery life is great they are comfortable for use with glasses as well. Really good product.
