Bad battery

Recently bought and the battery is already failing. I run long lengths so I thought this would be a perfect fit for it. Very disappointed.

Does not work

Purchased headphones today. Downloaded app. No access to settings. Cannot check for firm updates, battery condition or other items advertised. Very disappointed.

Easy to wear

Good headphones. Great for phone and music. Speaker quality could be better but still good
