It has allowed me to refocus, sleep better and gain more of an understanding of how I feel and what can trigger certain thoughts and feelings. The app is constantly evolving and they work with professionals so you know the information is backed by researchers. I would highly recommend the app. -- C MacNeil, 2025-05-02 ### ***** "Amazing" This is a great app. So many free options to try during the trial that really have made a huge difference to my life. The mediation is brilliant. I had a technical issue and I contacted Lorri directly and he responded and checked back in with a few times. It was fixed very quickly. Great customer experience. -- Vicstokoe, 2025-01-19 ### ***** "Great app" Love the app so clean and clear and easy to navigate. Love the layout and how mental health is important -- Hollsholl87, 2025-01-12 ### ***** "Child ADHD Test" Really good test, feels pretty accurate based on previous conversations with school and GP. 👏🏻 -- L_abcd, 2025-01-12 ### ***** "Autism+ADHD test" This App has really help solidify what I already knew/felt about my 6 year old daughter. It confirmed for me she does display Autism and ADHD Traits. She is currently on a waiting list which is unknown as to when she will be assessed as the wait time is over 2 years. Having this app available with the testing systems has help confirm and allow me to as a parent, confidence with how I can help her. -- AHope!, 2025-01-09 ### *---- "Mrs Ely" Cannot seem to register- something about my email address I think! Have deleted the app, shame! -- nanna ely, 2025-01-02 ### ***** "Must have app to find yourself and your smile" Hi I was at my lowest time busy with life and work full stressful didn’t like myself etc But then I found Shoorah help me lift my stress and I found my smile again Shoorah help me relax I meditated that I’ve never done before. Kind regards S -- The.Owl., 2024-08-11 ### ***** "Fantastic app ⭐️" I’ve found Shoorah a massive tool in helping me find the balance for my mental health and well being. The meditation music has personally helped me on the nights when my mind is too busy to switch off to sleep and helps me focus on the music and voice rather than my thoughts, to encourage me to relax to sleep and rest. I have the app linked to my watch and the affirmations always seem to arrive at the time I need a little reminder. I found saying them out loud particularly helps. Still navigating the app and finding more each time. Fantastic app and have recommended it friends and family. -- SamLou8, 2024-08-01 ### ***** "Amazing app" Absolutely amazing app and like nothing I’ve ever seen or tried before. Amazing features that I don’t believe can be found elsewhere. It’s like therapy in your pocket! This app has helped me through some tough times as well as being on hand for day to day mindfulness and motivation. A great all rounder for getting and staying on track with your mental wellbeing. -- Lauren RC., 2024-06-14 [View all Shoorah Mental Health reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Shoorah Mental Health In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Monthly plan | £5.00 | | Annual Plan | £44.99 | | 6 month plan | £26.00 | | Monthly Offer Plan | £5.00 | ## Shoorah Mental Health Discovered Keywords -
