Auditions For Actors Reviews in United Kingdom ### *---- "App not loading" Downloaded this app as it looked perfect for what I needed, but after completing the registration page and entering the validation code which had been sent to my email, I wasn’t actually able to proceed. Instead I just get a blank screen, or, if I uninstall then reinstall and try signing in that way, I just have the logo circle with a red dot going round and round and round, but nothing actually happens. No updates on the app for over a year, which makes me wonder if the developers have moved on from it. If I can get into it, then I’d love to use it and see what it’s like, but for now I can’t do anything, so I can only give it 1 star. -- Hayley J Bacon, 2023-04-26 ### ***** "Quick question?" It’s a really good app and deserves 5 stars but do directors see your videos and email you if they want you in your show or is it just recording self tapes -- Danny Cotterill, 2022-07-31 ### *---- "Rubbish!" I’m so disappointed with your app after 8 months of not using it, before it was fab and loved it!..... ..... but now everything has changed! Don’t fix it if it’s not broken!!!! Bring it back! Please! Your app isn’t working and it’s mess! -- SarahJBeau, 2021-04-13 ### ***-- "Changes make it more difficult" I loved this app. I was recommending it to all of my acting friends. However, they have made some changes which is such a shame as it no longer works. The camera is no longer switching on and every time I press the record button it kicks me out of the app such a shame. I hope they can fix the issues because I thought it was the best audition app there was.I’ve been trying to record a self tape for the last hour and have had no success so I’m going to have to abandon shoot me today -- andanina76, 2021-01-19 ### ***** "Awesome" Cush Jumbo OBE, inspiring actress and a badass app developer, love it 🙌🏾 -- Wreha, 2020-09-29 ### *---- "I don’t like this" It won’t give a email so I can actually get in it is horrible I have tried many times but it doesn’t work -- Peoplepersonboygirl, 2020-03-27 ### *---- "Not a very good app." Far too many bugs, I’m trying to use the app and it’s constantly freezing. We’ve tried to allow technology to make things easier for us, and at times the old fashioned way is better. -- Anonymous complainerr, 2020-03-02 ### *---- "It doesn’t work" For some reason the app just isn’t working on my new iPhone XS. I’ve created an account yet whenever i try to make a project and it asks for me to rotate my phone and I do, the app exists back to the home screen on its own accord. Also in updating my profile, once I select it, the return to the apps home page arrow doesn’t work and the. I get stuck on the gender screen. I’ve emailed the support team and haven’t heard from them either. For an app I was so looking forward to using, I’m so disappointed by it. Please fix 1 star review from me at the moment because I couldn’t give it no Stars. Please fix -- King (my real name), 2019-10-12 ### ****- "Good App for Actors’ Auditions" I've seen a couple of negative reviews for this application however I am not sure why. It has a decent user interface and the system regarding auditions for actors is good. -- UndeadReaper05, 2019-03-14 ### *---- "Do not get this app." If you are an actor, this is useless. When do you get ONE side in a self taped audition? Never. So you save the 6 different sides to one project, right? Assuming you’ll be able to download the lot onto your phone or tablet, at least, since there’s NO in app facility to edit the takes together with an ident at the front. But no. Can’t do that. So no editing them into a single video with iMovie or something actually useful. So you end up sending each tape, one by one to your poor agent. Who forwards them to the casting director - who then CANNOT OPEN THEM EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE DOWNLOADED the app because they’re only accessible to the original recipient of the email. Worse than useless, this app has professionally humiliated me and probably cost me a job. Do not use. -- sianejileb, 2019-02-15 [View all Shoot Me!
