They changed the way you view the weekly ads. Now you can’t hardly read them they are so small. You can’t zoom in on what you want, you can only make them bigger to where you can only see a corner of the ads.

Many shopping apps allow you to add to your order after it has been placed (within a certain time frame). That is much more convenient and would love it if Albertsons app would add this feature.

Albertsons app is slow, clumsy, is 100% trash. The apple App Store needs to remove this app because its rated 1 star!!!! Also, the app developer “help” option is USELESS!!!! The only help required is fire the developers!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It just sits there filling in a geocery bag icon and never loading. App is slow and unresponsive if it loads at all. Needs major work, not worth downloading

I been trying to log on and it never loads after multiple attempts several times I decided to delete app and reinstall hopefully it works.

Every time I try to put in my store where I live it says no locations found, I live in Utah and I’ve tried to search my cut and my state and my zip code and I’ve tried to use the map but it didn’t work either.

This website is a real clunker. It is slow as the dickens and stalls out frequently. When I try to look at my store’s weekly ad I can only see part of each page. Just stupid. Wish they would improve it.

This is the most ridiculous app on my phone. Takes several minutes to load, usually gets stuck in the process. I uninstalled and reinstalled, that did nothing but make it worse. Developers should review and fix the bugs causing freezing during login. Should not be this difficult to view a weekly add, rewards earned etc.

My zip code pulled up the continent of Africa. My home town brought up no results. Maybe the 3 stores I’ve seen are just an illusion. Better use my money someplace else.

To start, this app has definitely improved, at least in the Pharmacy section as I don’t use it for anything else, so can’t attest to the grocery side of things. My main gripe is when refilling a prescription— I have no way to choose a time or date for pick up. The old app let me choose the date, Monday through Friday, and time for pick up during business hours. All this new app lets you do is “select refill,” and send it in. I have no way of knowing what day my refill might be ready or what time unless I call the pharmacy, which makes me feel like I’m bugging them cause they’re always super busy. Please add a time and date option in the refill section so we know exactly when our scripts will be ready for pickup. With that added, this app would get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
