## Shop Albertsons Market Reviews in United States

### **--- "Needs Modernization"
This shopping app is decades behind the others. Search needs to be more tailored (a search for “tart cherry capsules” should not list maraschinos, for example), and it would be nice to know what aisle a sought-after item is in. Bring the app up to 2014 (not a typo) standards, and it will be quite useful!
-- SectionThree, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Major Flaws"
app loaded for Texas/New Mexico locations and will not correct for my state… on both my phone and husband’s phone. It doesn’t correct by city nor zip code. Useless app at present. What can be done?
-- BAH14u, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Horrible search function after update"
The app worked okay-ish before the update. It was glitchy and slow but at least usable. Now I can’t search for anything, if I type in ‘apples’ it pulls up candles and dog food (?). It’s constantly freezing, hanging on a white screen, pulling up nothing in search… It’s so frustrating that I’ll drive further to go to a different grocery store to avoid using the app.
-- MamaBear131719, 2024-11-24

### *---- "Bad app"
This app seems to solely exist to enroll people to their awards system. It's not user-friendly and just not worth the trouble.
-- MrPhotoHead, 2024-11-21

### *---- "Junk app fix it"
This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. App is always crashing, logs me out while shopping to place an order and then can’t log back in without it saying something is wrong with my account. Anytime I do get it to work then bagged grocery icon constantly draws the bag endlessly and I give up. I can hardly ever get a pick up order because of the app issues are constant.
-- ev if, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Absolutely awful"
Can’t update number, address, can’t change store location. A toddler could make a better app
-- Hammer8282, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Very slow and non responsive app"
The app takes forever to load and won’t even load the shop section. Wanted to try the app out after a few years away (initially had issues with my number not working at check out) disappointed to see it still isn’t functional.
-- WaterTheFlowers, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Cannot order"
For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to submit an order and cannot. I get all the way to the place order screen and when I click “place order” the app goes to a blank screen and never places the order.
-- RJL152, 2024-10-20

### *---- "Cumbersome"
Not sure what is happening in the app-I can add items to my cart, and then they never appear at check out. The dollar amount appears right. It’s like shopping blindfolded.
-- Willow Sunshine, 2024-10-12

### *---- "Slow, slow, slow and buggy, buggy!"
Half the time, the app refused to load. When it does, most navigation causes it to freeze up. The search function is a joke as is the messages function. Both cause the app to freeze, necessitating a force quit and reload. A simple thing like clipping a coupon or checking for a digital deal can take 3-5 minutes PER ITEM when it should take a couple of seconds. Really frustrating to have to stand around in the supermarket aisle for extended periods of time, just to wrestle with the app to save a couple of bucks. But, times are tough, so I grin and bear it. Ughh!
