I used to love this app until one app update ruined it. Support isn’t helpful either and likes to blame others. This used to be my go to app. Now it’s my, I’m about to delete it and forget about it app. Each time the app is opened I have to log back into Amazon. Support blames Amazon. I have others apps that never do this with Amazon. Even after signing in I can’t see the Amazon orders. The order is shown but the complete details are missing. Tracking is Amazon’s tracking and not the carrier which is pointless. Most of the time the app doesn’t update the delivery status of Amazon orders which means I have to manually mark them as delivered. Pointless! Other orders, it’s a shot in the dark whether they update or not. Also, automatically following a store just because it “sees” a potential order is off putting. In a nutshell…. Whomever updated the app that caused it to STOP working needs to be questioned as to why they sabotaged it. Support needs to stop with the blame game and take ownership.
