Every time I go to open the app a box pops up with the note saying “closed for maintenance srry for inconvenience.” Then the whole app shuts off. It’s been like this for a few days now and I really want to shop! The app is otherwise fairly simple and easy to use. It’s frustrating that it can’t even be used now. If the issue is resolved I will update my rating but for now it’s just 2 stars bcuz it can’t even be used! ***Update*** As of 2/27/25 the app is still not working! I just tried again and it still gives the same msg as b4 then immediately shuts down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling …. does nothing to fix the issue. -- yourmagicgirl, 2025-02-27 ### *---- "Issues" The app doesn’t work -- Jae.00, 2025-02-23 ### *---- "Doesn’t work well" This app is constantly “under maintenance” not even allowing you open it or, the rare few times that it does work, it constantly crashes -- 4643667, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Not working" YOUR APP HAS BEEN UNUSABLE FOR MONTHS! FIX IT! -- amam223, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "Does not work" Boo -- Gabriella River, 2024-11-14 ### *---- "New App" American Threads recently made a new version of their app. Personally, I like the old layout better but that is not the problem. My current problem is that if I click on an item, there is nowhere on the app to leave the item. When looking at a specific item, there is not back arrow to bring me back to the page I was previously on. -- cupcake7304, 2024-04-03 ### ***** "Great customer service!" The dress I ordered for my daughter was too small so I returned it and ordered a bigger size. The replacement came and it was a size smaller. I emailed customer service and they were super responsive and credited me the shipping to send the dress back and for the size I needed. The dress is really pretty and good quality! I would recommend them. -- Elle524, 2024-02-07 ### *---- "DO NOT RECOMMEND" Placed my order, items arrived damaged. Emailed for a resolution, it has been days now & still no response. I would not recommend ordering from this website!! A waste of my money. -- savc6789, 2023-07-27 ### ***** "Love this store!" I love being able to browse and shop right in an app. So convenient and helpful! -- Arizzona, 2023-04-26 [View all Shop American Threads reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Shop American Threads -
