Shop and Ship

I tried so many times to login and it does not work. On the website it is fine but the app doesn’t work

One of the worse app ever, useless and no wonder since aramex is the owner

Comicated and before we try to discover the app it asks for personal photo and id, i uninstall

I was skeptical upon hearing about shop and ship at first and didn’t quite believe it but they’re customer service was more than helpful for any questions I had in mind!! The process was quick and easy and only took 3 days!! My package came from the us and arrived to me so quickly They checked the value weight of my packages not the volumetric when it came to shipping costs,and I was given updates the whole delivery process to and from.

My shipments were mishandled twice. Firstly, it was mistakenly shipped to my previous address, despite updating it with Aramex 2 years ago 😂. I had to personally retrieve it, when there was no response from Aramex. And now for a recent delivery although I’ve made the payment, the app does not reflect it. Wonder what’s happening with them.

Just made a recent purchase in Thailand and was delivered to the Aramex warehouse. Rather than shipping my products to me, they cancel my order. I recommend others to try Emirates Delivers, at least the customer service team will do their best for their customers.

The worst ever dealing with this application , they destroy my shipment

Been using it for almost 10 years and recently they are very disappointing. They change the rules, and over pricing. Suddenly, you get over charged price and if you want to return the parcel to its origins they will charge 4 times the cost of the service.

Poor service and very slow and expensive I called several times to follow up my shipment and they can’t assist me I have to wait 2weeks to get my shipment It’s very expensive they charge 90$ for 6 KG that’s almost 35% from my order price I order from turkey to save money but at the end the money I save I paid for shop and ship
