Ich bin seit einigen Jahren bei Shop Apotheke und bin immer wieder begeistert wie schnell die bestellten Artikel versendet und angeliefert werden 👍. Zudem ist die Rezeptbestellung super Easy und ich werde jedes mal angerufen um die Nebenwirkung und das Zusammenspiel mit anderen Medikamenten die man bestellt bzw. ein nimmt abzuklären. 👏. Zudem sind „was meine rezeptpflichtigen Medis betrifft“ immer vorhanden, lieferbar und bekommt die Rezeptgebühren auf das eigene Konto gutgeschrieben 🤝. Zudem bestell ich für meine 2 Hunde und unsere Hausapotheke regelmäßig Produkte, die wir benötigen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar 🤙. Ich kann die Shop Apotheke nur jedem empfehlen, denn es spart nicht nur bares Geld, sondern macht auch richtig Spaß zu bestellen und die Produkte postalisch Ruck Zuck zu erhalten 🤗. ### *---- "Unzuverlässig und Probleme bei der Rezeptrückgabe!"
Am 23.12.2024 habe ich bei Shop Apotheke bestellt. Ursprünglich war die Lieferung für den 27.12. angekündigt, dann wurde sie auf den 28.12. verschoben. Am Abend des 28.12. änderte sich das Lieferdatum plötzlich auf den 30.12., und heute (30.12.) wird der 31.12.2024 angegeben.

Nach mehreren Gesprächen mit den Supportmitarbeitern von Shop Apotheke habe ich direkt beim Versender nachgehakt. Dieser teilte mir mit, dass die Lieferung nicht vor dem 02.01.2025 erfolgen werde – und dass das Paket bislang noch nicht einmal übergeben wurde. Daraufhin habe ich erneut bei Shop Apotheke angerufen, die Situation geschildert und eine Stornierung der Bestellung gefordert. Die Mitarbeiterin sicherte mir zu, dass mein Rezept innerhalb von 30 Minuten zurückgegeben wird.

Eine Stunde später stand ich in der Apotheke – jedoch ohne Rezept auf der Karte. Zwei weitere Anrufe bei Shop Apotheke brachten keinerlei Fortschritt. Ich stehe nun ohne Medikamente und ohne Rezept da, ohne Aussicht, das Problem noch in diesem Jahr zu lösen.

Der 1st-Level Support kann nicht wirklich helfen und gibt die Infos nur weiter!
