Entering “steam closet,” “steam,” “closet,” or “airdresser” won’t result in any results for Samsung’s flagship steam iron closet thingie. Come on Samsung, you build some amazing products but can’t get simple things right sometimes…

I have several phones and Kitchen appliances. Their phone apps all have ads. It’s why I’m an iPhone owner now. Every single appliance has broken multiple times. They are flashy looking junk. The repairmen are clueless. My oven door wouldn’t close all the way and the oven light would remain on. Their solution was to place a rubber kitchen cabinet adhesive door stopper on the oven door so when it closes 99% of the way it presses the switch turning off the light. They told me it was fixed and drove away. Of course it melted off that night. I think they hire medically retarted people!

There are a lot of bugs in the app. It was much easier just to use Chrome to shop on the website, simple things like changing the image of the product you wanted to look at. It would not work. The person I was chatting with gave me a link, when I clicked on the link, it said that there was an error and could not proceed. It was the same thing on my Samsung using the app as it was on the iPad using the app. I was able to work through it and make my purchase, but it was a lot of frustration.

So I’m not sure if it’s apple or Samsung but you can’t even buy Samsung phones from this app. You’re forced to go on their website. I think it’s apple trying to monopolize their iPhone sales. A little ridiculous and bad business practice.

It’s a good app. I really like most of the navigation is really easy, but I just wish they had where you can see the installation and you can see more photo what comes with the box instead of doing a research in the Internet.

Unable to open the app. Update: the issue have been resolved.

Says it’s below the minimum version number and asks to update the app but there’s no option to update the app, app is useless as of 3/19/2024 can’t go in to check orders or purchase products.

I have spent thousands with Samsung, and it always has been a pleasurable experience. This time, my package was delayed because of the lackluster care and services of AGS (Samsung’s chosen shipping partner). I called Samsung order support, requesting information on the canceling order process since I had to leave for work and was not available to receive the delivery whenever AGS found it convenient to deliver. The Samsung rep on the phone advised me she would check the status of the delivery shipping partner (AGS). She told the shipping partner, AGS, that I wanted the delivery canceled. I did not want the delivery canceled, but the process of cancellation of this order was since the order was two weeks delayed. I wanted to decide, as a paying customer, not grant her my power of attorney. Then, she abruptly disconnected that call. I called back, and another rep told me to call the police. What is the police going to do when the order was never delivered!? My goodness. This rep also disconnected the call abruptly. This is horrible management of customer service by Samsung’s side. This is an unacceptable, disgusting, and disrespectful way to treat your paying customers. I am disappointed. Samsung, you should highly consider investing in better customer support. Your customers are the most critical asset of your company. American Express is the golden standard for customer service; maybe take a page out of their book and treat your customers better. Delays happen, life happens, communication and who your brand associates with is a choice, which you, Samsung, failed at this time.
