## Shop United Supermarkets Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Concept ok - Speed BAD"
Please improve the speed of this app and I will be very happy!
-- A regular customer!, 2025-09-23

### *---- "One of the most frustrating apps in existence"
Doesn’t launch reliably, constantly fails to load pages, can’t check out without issues….. just go o HEB. Their app works beautifully.
-- Lover!!, 2025-09-21

### ***** "Great Job"
I think United does a great job with my delivery. Thanks for the help when delivering.
Not to leave them on my porch without my knowledge.
-- Gip pert, 2025-08-22

### *---- "Zero stars"
Your app is absolutely worthless! Not a single category will load, no matter how long I wait. You need to scrap it and start over. My 8 year old grandson could design a better functioning app! It makes me not even want to shop there.
-- HappyNonni432, 2025-08-03

### **--- "Huge headache"
On this app for the pharmacy it always says my payment method cannot be saved. However if I call the pharmacist always says yes it’s saved already. One cycle circle that’s not needed in slightest.
-- Legacymom36, 2025-07-24

### *---- "Absolutely worst"
It doesn’t seem to matter how many updates this app has. It’s seriously the worst. I’ve been trying to go to a different profile on the pharmacy section and no matter what I do, it goes back to my profile. The app itself doesn’t want to work 9 times out of 10 so doing online orders is ridiculously tedious. With the technology that’s available now a days, one would think it would be less buggy.
-- Edenbarr, 2025-06-20

### ***** "No problems"
I just did my first pickup from the app. I had one problem (that I most likely caused) but Lori fixed it right up for me.
This is the second time I’ve used the app. The first was in the store, where I downloaded it and used it on the same trip. I will say, I did not use the List option…so I can’t speak to that but I did clip coupons as I shopped. It all rang up correctly at the checkout. Also, the Rewards are awesome! Thank you United!!!!!
-- Cast medic, 2025-06-12

### *---- "The Worst"
I’ve used four different grocer apps (Brookshires, Kroger, HEB, and United) and United is by far the worst of the four. I can be in the store shopping from my list on the app, and I wake my phone to find the next item, and the stupid app has logged me out and it won’t accept my login info. Very frustrating. Do better.
-- AlrightGuyTX, 2025-06-09

### **--- "Constant loading screen"
The app constantly gets stuck on the grocery bag loading screen and has to be restarted.
-- Stetsonjj, 2025-05-24

### *---- "Useless"
The latest “improvements” have now rendered it completely useless, a total waste of my time. I give up, tired of trying, walking away.
