The United Supermarket in my town, in my experience for the last 16 years, is exceptionally staffed and stocked most every time I shop there. The manager maintains a very clean store and friendly and courteous employees. There are only 3 stores in my town where you can shop for groceries, one of them being Walmart. I much prefer shopping at United for the reasons I’ve listed above, even though I may pay a little more at times, I still prefer United. My only criticism is about your new versions of the App. On a fixed income so I’m shopping as wisely as possible and up to about a month ago, no problems with the App. Lately and I shopped yesterday afternoon, I’m having to spend more time checking my list on the App as it doesn’t show all products I’ve checked while I’m in the store. So my issues with the App are, checking products and not showing up on the list, having to login frequently, deleting the App and redownload weekly, unchecking items on its own. I am looking forward to the bug fixes that I hope are being implemented for the App. Thank you to anyone who has the patience to read this long reply. 😄
All is not user friendly
I have a horrible time trying to order on this app. So much so that I have just given up several times and ordered from another grocery store in town. I keep trying, but maybe only successful half the time. Very frustrating!
Service
Rude and too busy for the average family. No one can make a decision by themselves. They put you on hold to ask someone higher. Go through the drive thru and most are eating something or just laughing with each other. Worst customer service!
New Rewards
Now that there is a new rewards system instead of entering our number at the register I cannot access my points. My app is updated. Seriously disappointed.
Not connected to internet
Will not let me open. Keeps saying I’m not connected to Internet. I’ve tried it on WiFi and without.
Takes forever to login
Never wants to log on, always crashes! HEB App never has any issues!
App update
I can’t get into the updated app properly. It thinks that I am someone named Charles and says my store is in a different state than I live in. Screen will not respond to my touch. I couldn’t clip digital deals.
This app is slowly getting worse.
It is nearly impossible to open the app on the fly. It usually crashes at least once before it will open and anything I clip in the store does not sync until after I have left the store. Clipping coupons can take 30 minutes. No longer worth opening the ap when it takes that long to process.
It’s been slow, painfully slow
It shouldn’t take everyone one of us using this app to tell you that you have problems…and it’s only been 2 days.
Are you getting the hint? Try shopping online with a list ready, you have to just set it aside and do do something else and come back later. It was fine before the change, should have left it alone.
Shame on you for thinking you had a good idea, leave well enough alone. I’m going back to HEB. I’m out.
Login issue
I can’t even get logged in afterthe new update. Tried to reset password several times with no success 😡 Very frustrating.
