I’m one of those people who feel more comfortable to order stuff online via desktop because I can see all the details without having to scroll, and I feel that most shopping apps crash everytime I have to order something. But when I saw Shopbop has a 15% promo when you shop using the app, I decided to give it a try. I was surprised that it’s even more convenient, and I didn’t experience any lag. Good job, Shopbop!

Was very glad that I downloaded this app. I bought a branded bag and was in doubt at first but when the shipping starts they made me feel like don’t worry you’re in good hands by updating me where my parcel is time to time.

even if i already signed in, it will still require me to log in again.

I hope there will be a new update to address the error that is alwayd showing up

So selling so many items and not cheap one would expect something better Wanna buy clothes ? Sure . Go for CLOTHING , select your size and then scroll through 2216 items Seriously? No more specific filters like pants or dresses ? Oh it’s only reserved for full price items but if you click on sales - forget it Well , there are better places to shop

Horrible!!!!! Says they have a size and they really don’t when you try to buy it it says they don’t have it, also it’s impossible to pay, it keeps going on a loophole and doesn’t let you finish. I had well over $600 in my cart and at the time of paying it wouldn’t let me, I tried like a thousand times, I will not waste my time in this app.

Love Shopbop - Please make an iPad App that is compatible with the horizontal orientation

I was excited to order from Shopbop but I had a horrible experience with customer service. None of my items fit which is unusual for me when online ordering and the quality wasn’t great either. Waste of money & a huge hassle. I’ll stick to companies with top tier customer service and policies going forward.

I’m unable to see pictures in the shopping cart and I can’t load any pictures when I open the product pages!

Purchased over 30 items for them to say over 20 hours later that we don’t processes multiple item orders now I’m sitting waiting for 30x100 to be refunded to me Customer support is a joke SAVE YOURE MONEY AND GO SOMEHWHERE ELSE!
