Delivery courier is worst
Shoppe xpress is the worst courier. Tagal ng delivery time at minsan hindi ngdeliver ng item.
Di maayos ang mga Courier
Most of my deliveries either nay dents, or crampled or doesnt look okay upon delivery. Always reason ng sellers, a problem with your Courier. I reported to Shopee, di pwede or wla nman magawa. Like wla kayong magawa? Seryoso? Well, di naman kawalan mga reklamo ng customers coz every now and then may bagong customers na mag da download ng app nyo. Its a waste of time mgreklamk pero Id still want to write a review.

Sadly it terrible!
The items and the price from the app are nice but the delivery is terrible!! 3 weeks I waited for items to arrove from different stores. Tsk!! U should at least monitor the delivery. Compensation is a must! Had i known I shouldve not used ur app! Lousy!!
No agent to assist
Why you don’t have assistance to assist costumer
App keeps crashing
I’m using iPhone 14pro and since the update the app keeps crashing within 10 seconds from opening.
Poor customer service
Doesn’t allow users to choose a better courier. They want the users to choose the worst courier “Shopee Xpress”.
Scam e-Commerce platform! 0 rating would be more appropriate.
Scammer! Never download and support this app. They will entice you in downloading Seabank app (which is btw, a different horror story! Reviewed separately), with 15% discount capped at P400 for new user, hence, I opened an account, coz what’s to lose anyway? But guess what!? Upon cashing in and checking out the voucher can no longer be found. Chat Support, will take 1-2 days to figure what happened to the removed vouchers from my voucher wallet, with no guarantee it will be retrieved. So I had to move away from this shady, and zero integrity app! PS. I saw many reviews that their 1k coins upon Seabank deposit of a certain amount — also a scam! I lost the items I wanted to purchase for my startup retail because of this schemy business, draining as much money as they could get from people who are only trying to make a living! I also used this app about 5 years ago and sold me a fake ID holder, never used it again until yesterday because the store I want to buy products from is not in Lazada yet. Never again. This kind of business may prosper for awhile, but whoever is behind operating and promoting this business, I will pray that you rethink your way of dealing business, because I am sure I am not the only one who you’ve wronged. Money is temporary, don’t make it your god.
