Current version doesnt update widgets and cant see all the conversion stats

Honestly the app and business isn’t bad and if it wasn’t for the customer service it would get probably 5 stars, but the customer service, my god, has to be the most awful I’ve ever seen, I can only liken it to getting blood out of a stone. Blind paraplegic monkeys would do a better job than who ever Shopify has to do their customer service. They seem to know little to nothing about the platform, can very rarely, if ever help, seems non of them have ever even used the platform or had any training in it. It’s such a waste of time and beyond frustrating as a paying customer feels like a huge middle finger from Shopify, it’s insane it’s so bad genuinely I am shocked.
This is so frustrating I’m literally trying to get into the app using my account and it keep redirecting me to google, I log in through google but nothing happens. I don't know what to do
basically I had a Shopify store set up and was using a free theme my business was running smoothly until Shopify started emailing me about disabling suspending my account because I didn’t have a licence and when I tried getting one I thought they were free I got charged £300 and I am not paying that so I switched to wix because of the issues Shopify always have which is ridiculous
I am regularly locked out of my account and there is a diabolical system put in place to run you around in circles and not actually help you or put you in touch with a person.
I’ve been using Shopify for a few years and recently, I tried to login with the normal recovery codes that I was given, none of them worked. They were all new. This meant that if I clicked on “Shop Admin” in the app and it took me out of the app to login, I couldn’t log in because I needed a recovery code (which was showing me that they were incorrect) or a 2FA app- that wasn’t working. I tried to figure this out and it said I should change my password, I did and got locked out. Tried to find Shopify support to no avail. The useless live support AI thing on their platform takes you round in circlesssss, endless circlesssss. I eventually saw a chat I could ask for help from, I’m still at it, still locked out, they’re still “investigation”, Black Friday is in a day. I cannot believe these guys. So stupid.
Since the update ALL of our orders have disappeared and showing we will get a notification when our first order is made!!! Please sort this out!
