Points got nothing to claim, extremely limited voucher
Wanted to claim points but extremely limited voucher, and limited to 1 voucher per day. Very limited places to use the voucher, definitely not all the places who have participated in the program. Ridiculous!!!
Receipt submitted was rejected
The FULL receipt issued by the outlet was rejected The apps stated the receipt info is missing / incomplete In the first place, the outlet failed to issue a complete receipt with ALL required info. Is it consumers / users responsibility to check the completeness of the receipts ? This apps has failed to encourage users / consumers to continue submitting receipts for the rewards points
Bad apps
The apps was not able to connect the connection, it keep pop up “something is wrong, please try it later” . Feel frustrated using this apps as the same I have no problem using another apps at the same place …
Cannot verify email
After registering of account, no verification code sent to email how to verify account, waste time.

Comes in handy and seamless to use.
Interface
The app is easy to use and interface friendly especially the receipt scanning function which is very intuitive. It will be better if there are more rewards for the shoppers to enjoy.
Good To Have
Fairly easy to use. Can accumulate points. Sometimes got lag but after reset my phone it’s ok already.
