Perfect Apps
The best pharmacy between all Shoppers Drug Mart. The owner Bet Li(I am not sure about spelling of the owner or manager of this location pharmacy). All her staff are the best. I have kind of mental health and Bet and all her staff knows about it and they respect and talk to me so nice they are making me feel that I am very respectable person. I love them all.
Auto renew shut off in app
Very frustrating why have auto renew if the app is going to change it.
New Shoppers Format
I absolutely hate your new system! Everything about it, the prescription labels, the new staff, the pharmacists new protocol, the call in process. Whoever thought up all these new changes should be fired!
Not good for prescriptions
The app has so many glitches and bugs when it comes to renewing and refilling prescriptions that’s it’s not worth using. It’s fine for shopping online but so unreliable for prescriptions and has caused me to miss medications or have to pay to have them filled as ‘emergency prescriptions’

Prescription refill
Terrible customer service took four days to get a prescription refill. Every time I get a prescription refill I have to phone around three or four times. Service has gone downhill and it causes greeting anxiety when I know I have to get in touch with you to get a refill. I realize you don’t care. I’m just venting. You’ll keep doing what you do.

I have tried shoppers for over 2 years now. The service is the worst. Going back to local smaller drug store for better service
