## ShopRite Reviews in United States

### ***** "*Updated* Doesn’t load weekly circular"
This app won’t load the weekly circular. Because of this glitch you either have to view it online or watch get a paper circular in store. *updated*…a member from the development team reached out to me and guided me step by step on how to retrieve my stores weekly ad. Excellent response time and customer service. Now I don’t have to wait until I get to the store to view sale items I can use the app.
-- Kinahali, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Functionality"
This app never works.
-- Lamchap, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Stop asking for my location."
At no point do you ever need to know my location 24 hours a day. Location while using the app is all you need. It’s pretty annoying getting that message every time I open the app. I’m not changing my setting and wasting my battery.

I’d rate higher if the location services message was fixed but still wouldn’t give it a 5-star. I thought the old app was easier to use.
-- Fiendin1, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Where is my party tray?"
So I placed an order today with the local ShopRite in Bel Air on Main Street. Missing from my order was a party tray from the deli. The most important item on my list as I was having a party extremely disappointed may never use ShopRite again.

Now I have to physically go into the store and demand a refund with the party tray that they never gave me.

### *---- "Dec 20/4 update weekly ad viewing horrible to use"
12/20/24 viewing of ad with new system (page menu at top, left sidebar of pages) is very difficult. The motions are “sticky” where where the page doest move or bounces back. It often refused to move between pages or wont move at all. Zooming in seems to be limited and clicking on an item is slow to respond with the item details. Last , a lot of phone screen space is taken up with top & left side bars… bad for small screen phones.
-- NY-Buddy, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Why did you change it"
They changed the functionality of the circular on the app nd now you can no longer click on the item to see what’s on sale. Instead you have to scroll through the whole list of sale items and coupons or search for what you need. This is a huge downgrade.
-- Krissi-l, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Circular update 12/20"
I used to be able to load circular, click on an item. Clip coupon. Either that function has been taken away with newest update, or the function isn’t loading. Just frustrating, will definitely lose out on coupons this way, and inevitably ending up spending more money.

loved the option of selecting items directly from circular and adding them in your cart. It seems the feature no longer works on all the items and I waste so much time trying to click on items that just do not work. Incredibly frustrating, and time consuming to then have to manually search the item you want to add.
-- FranWCheese, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Circular issue"
When you try to tap on a item in the circular, it does not open to allow you the options or add it to cart
-- Azang1013, 2024-12-20

### *---- "New update terrible"
Trying to view weekly circular and place an order is a nightmare now. Should of left it like it was. Doesn’t want to scroll, print too small and blurry even when you zoom. Useless
-- Foodinjars, 2024-12-20

### **--- "Slow"
The app is extremely slow every time I use it.
