Great service

The deli department at New Hyde Park couldn’t be any better. Always pleasant, polite, and helpful. The order ahead feature is great and always correct.

Unorganized

When I received the text I went to the store in Mt Pocono. I looked around the deli counter for my order which had a number. All the cold cuts were in this little fridge but not together. I had to call the deli man to find my packages. This order should have been put in a bag with my name or order number on it for easy pickup. The cold cuts were correctly sliced and everything was neat but the order was mishandled in my opinion. The workers were helpful but the person who completed the order should have kept it together. Not easy to Navigate

While I love the option of ordering online it was not easy to navigate to find certain things I am accustomed to ordering previously in store, whereas you no longer have that option. I will say I called and was walked through the App quickly and painlessly.

Garbage

Literally crashes every time I start choosing a cake to order. Absolutely useless.

Deli express

Had to do an order four times. anything after eight items kicks everything out of your cart

Great Service and Products

Shop Rite had really “upped” its game with products…but having great products is nothing if you don’t have great employees. Shop Rite in Bernardsville has both. The staff is friendly, happy to help with a smile and knowledgeable.

Crashes

Can not complete orders the app crashes before adding to cart

Glitches

Does not work correctly all the time just had to delete the app and reinstall it again just to be able to place an order time got stuck and had to be changed.

Order ahead timing

I think the hour between ordering and availability is too long.

After placing order can’t checkout

New iPhone and after I place order can’t check out, have to delete app and then works.
