## ShopRunner Reviews in United States

### *---- "But why?"
Poorly designed app, feels slow/buggy and constantly crashing. Plus, full of garbage. There’s probably a grand total of five solid storefronts and everything else is fake supplements and overpriced junk.
-- M. Lightning, 2025-01-27

### *---- "Awful"
Deceives you into subscribing and makes it so hard to cancel.
-- Boah12333, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Half of the links don’t work"
I thought it was just their website, so I downloaded the app. Search filters are limited. Then once you finally find something you like and click the link, it opens a blank page or errors out.
-- lilpostey, 2024-04-27

### *---- "Can’t ship"
Not sure what the inventory is like. But it doesn’t matter because the site refuses to believe my shipping address exists. Total waste of space.
-- Melbatoast2000, 2024-04-07

### *---- "Broken App"
Cannot log into my account with the app. The reCaptcha “I’m not a robot” check never loads. I don’t understand why FedEx gets into a business segment where they clearly are out of their league.
-- lightningrod18, 2024-03-17

### *---- "Error"
Recent and delivered orders won’t even show up. Just shows errors, almost like they want to deter you from returning…
-- fourmilesfromthemainland, 2024-02-19

### ***** "Love a deal and love the app"
I love the pictures and the deals
-- KonaHello, 2024-01-12

### ***** "Changed the way I online shop!"
This app has made my life so much easier! Not only can I find new brands and get the best deals at my favorite stores, but I can also track all of my packages. It makes it so easy for me to organize all of my online shopping. I don’t know what I did before this app!
-- shoppinglover97, 2023-10-26

### **--- "App not working"
I have orders that have been delivered and the app isn’t showing this yet Can’t log in either. It’s a OOPS it’s us 🙄
-- Janetg2, 2023-10-24

### *---- "Pass"
I can’t use the app without agreeing to “allow tracking”? No thanks. Instant uninstall.
-- Cade89, 2023-09-23
