ShopRunner turns scattered internal requests into one clear shopping list — for any business, kitchen, or household that buys regularly.

It sits between "we need this" and the actual order. Anyone on the team captures what's needed. Managers approve when needed. Approved items are consolidated per supplier, location, or category, ready to send through whatever channel already works.

THE WORKFLOW

1. REQUEST — Anyone on the team adds what they need: item, quantity, urgency, site, department, or note. Scan a barcode, search, type, or speak — whichever is fastest.

2. APPROVE (OPTIONAL) — Managers or owners review requests before they move further. Approvals can be by person, department, budget, or request type. Skip entirely if your team doesn't need it.

3. CONSOLIDATE — Approved requests are grouped by supplier, department, or category. One clear shopping list or run plan per supplier or location.

4. SEND — The buyer sends the final list through whatever channel already works — WhatsApp, email, supplier portal, or phone. Produce a clean PDF or structured order note. ShopRunner does not replace existing ordering channels; it feeds them a better input.

5. TRACK — Status shows what is requested, approved, sent, and fulfilled. Notes and comments handle exceptions without switching to other tools.

WHAT SHOPRUNNER IS NOT

ShopRunner is not full inventory management, an ERP, an accounting app, a supplier management platform, or a deep procurement integration suite. It only handles the collection-and-consolidation side of requests, so the rest of the buying process becomes simpler.
