## ShopShops Reviews in United States

### *---- "Products are from china..knock offs?"
Ad said from Japan but most stuff are from china so I’m assuming then these bags and stuff are all fakes
-- tpv84, 2024-12-29

### **--- "iOS 18 issues"
App isn’t as great after the latest OS. For example videos don’t expand to full screen. When you tap on the icon to expand the app actually freezes.
-- hdbdbocejhw, 2024-11-28

### **--- "Awful!"
I just wanted to shop Century 21 like I have so many times in the past.. the only way you can see anything online for them is through this terrible app. It is a curated scroll of the most expensive products they sell, no way to search, no rhyme or reason to what is displayed. I can’t imagine anyone would enjoy shopping this way.
-- Grddvgd, 2024-10-16

### ***** "Me gusta"
Me encanta comprar por esta página son muy responsables y el pedido llega rapidísimo
-- Neris Hernandez, 2024-08-25

### *---- "Trash"
A pushy obnoxious app. It’s what everyone thinks of as a stereotypical Long Islander being in your face. I lived there 25 years, I know: it’s like someone extracted that essence and compressed it into a rude and pushy cheap-but-overpriced cologne. Ugh.
-- AllCarsEatGas, 2024-08-18

### *---- "Annoying"
I've been trying to use the app but a pop up immediately shows up and I can't close or minimize it. What is happening?!
-- KCB30088, 2024-08-12

### ***-- "Sellers are deceiving and will not help with prob"
I have spent thousands of dollars on this app, while the app is great! Most of the sellers are not helpful and customer service takes forever to respond to you. I have gotten bags that don't have date codes and/or damaged, it makes me think that they swap the bag and send you a different one. Sellers are only nice to you when you are buying but as soon as you get the item, they ignore you. Shop with caution and ask for date codes and don't rely on entrupy either, as I have gotten entrupy that has wrong date codes yet somehow it was authenticated. 🤦🏽‍♀️
-- ishihara027, 2024-07-01

### ***** "Highly addictive!"
In a word…Wow!!! I have used and enjoyed other platforms to purchase luxury items but I’m in love with ShopShops! The sellers are knowledgeable and fun but more importantly they introduce the products truthfully. The bags and items I have purchased were exactly as described and authentic! Customer service is helpful and responsive. I may need to get a second job to support my new habit!
-- amybrla, 2024-04-13

### ****- "Great service, amazing hosts but way too much advertising"
This is an amazing concept and platform but they send me 10 unrequested notifications a day. They’re push marketing us one of the most annoying and aggressive I have ever seen. If it wasn’t for the obnoxious way that ShopShops advertises I would give them 5 stars.
-- LolaLuna1, 2024-04-01

### ****- "My 1st order"
My order came quick. Great quality. But I ordered Pink and was sent blue. I never pressed blue. I only wanted pink to match my handbag.
I was disappointed especially since my first order had error!
