The App is Slow and Always in the Login Page
The app loads too slow, I thought it was because of my phone as it was old but when I upgraded to newer phone it is still the same experience! When you open the app you are always greeted with the login page even if you are already logged in. The save items takes time to load specially the cart! You have to open and close the again and again. The update they did is not an improvement more on a downgrade at its worst!
DO NOT UPGRADE TILL THEY FIX THE BUGS
They updated the app to streamline the login flow. Now I cannot login at all. I expetc I will also lose my existing order, my favourites my order history and my location details. VERY ANGRY RIGHT NOW!
Cannot login after updating app
You forced me to update, now I cannot login. I thought I forgot my password but even after resetting error says account unauthorized. Please fix this.
They removed the best feature of their app
When they decided to focus on grocery, theres no use for this app for me anymore. I used this app in tandem with their personal shoppers before but since they removed their department store catalog, it has lost its purpose. I kept in on my phone because i thought they will reverse their decision, but its been 7 months and theres no sign of Dept store coming back ever again. If they did user research on their personal shopper experience in tandem with this app, the potential is endless. For now, bye sm app!
Online CC payment failed
I never had any successful checkout when using ny credit card as payment. It will always show transaction failed for any credit card i use!!

Can't save my address wtf?
Waste of time
Never got my groceries
Waited for hours for my groceries to be delivered. They tagged it in the app as delivered but never got any of my groceries! I need a refund!
Lacks a lot of things
I have an issue regarding the ShopSm app. I made a purchase of groceries worth 2,028.55. I selected the July 29, 2024 3-5pm as my delivery time yet it is already 5:30 and my order is still pending. There is no other way to update or cancel my order as there is no option for it. The app should at least have a customer service line to easily contact any personel. It takes too much time as a customer. I do not know if I should just delete the app because my order might be suddenly delivered even if I did not receive any update. If it was possible to give 0 stars I probably would have.
