Via Bluetooth directly they cannot be found, whereas through the app it keeps failing a fraction of a second after it found the devices. And to make matters worse, the app asks me to sign back in every time the pairing fails. Never been so disappointed with any other earbuds or headphones before - let alone with a device so overpriced compared to even way later versions of the same model or equivalent.
