I'm often driving by someplace and see something I want to photograph later on, only to be left with a mental note and not much else. I always wanted a reliable and quick tool for scouting locations, and was never satisfied with the apps I tried. I wanted something instant and intuitive. I made this app for my own uses, but I want it to be helpful for anyone who wants a better tool for saving your favorite spots for later! Current Features: - Drop a spot with one tap. Like Shazam but for saving spots. - Take a photo within the app to automatically add it to your map as a spot. - Import photos from your camera roll to turn them into spots instantly using their location metadata. - Add photos, notes, tags and categories to your spots. - Organize your spots in folders. - Public spots and social features are now available. Share your favorite spots with other users and add collaborators to edit spots together. - Street View Explore mode allows you to navigate within Google Street View and pin spots and take screenshots as you go. - Land ownership information is available for almost any spot in the United States, with detailed info on what activities are allowed. Where we're going: - Augmented Reality Solar Path integration in the camera - More social capabilities, a discover page, and community creation. - Voice notes for an even faster flow - Siri Shortcuts - Apple Watch and iPad support - More planning and collaboration features for managing photo and filmmaking productions all in one place. As a solo developer and freelance photographer, this is a passion project and I will be listening to your feedback. I made this because as a photographer I always wanted a tool like this, and I believe that saving a spot for later should be as easy and effortless as possible. ShotSpot is for photographers, filmmakers, explorers, and anyone who has ever driven past something beautiful or strange and wished they could remember it. ShotSpot is 100% free and requires no subscriptions. You can simply download the app and start pinning. ## ShotSpot Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e8/5e/94/e85e9415-20c5-7cb2-b874-e4704e02e9c0/IMG_2537.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/eb/b0/0c/ebb00c34-38eb-fd49-80b6-c76cf178dd2d/IMG_2538.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/33/79/fe/3379fe87-47da-808b-9dba-61f27334bb06/IMG_2540.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/d1/24/7e/d1247ed7-00c2-6400-85c3-6325b331dbf7/IMG_2542.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/90/1e/27/901e27d7-235f-4a91-fb63-dd8970fbe409/IMG_2543.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/c2/36/89/c236898d-9268-2b83-aed5-3a185a1792bc/IMG_2544.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/7b/f6/fb/7bf6fb87-9cad-1e5b-7d65-be20e1fe6a79/IMG_2539.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/53/ff/a7/53ffa720-209a-1321-eb30-1795d60f1a0b/IMG_2547.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/54/bd/7d/54bd7df3-769d-4d59-cb0f-809275cc3696/IMG_2548.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/a4/07/68/a4076809-9cc2-30d0-8b6e-c57b79127d8c/IMG_2549.png/1242x2688.png) ## ShotSpot Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 3 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## ShotSpot Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/united-states) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/bermuda) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/chile) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/denmark) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/estonia) - [Grenada](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/grenada) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/luxembourg) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/australia) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/malta) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/sweden) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/slovakia) - [Suriname](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/suriname) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/taiwan) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/shotspot-location-scouting-WQiz/latvia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
