Support team does not back you up, hired a shoveler for one time and they did not do the job accordingly. Really sad and a waste of money. Update: the company personally emailed me to give me a full refund of the $75 I paid but lowered it to $25 if I removed my review. You guys are crazy and entitled. Not only your worker’s service is awful but so is your team. Do better for your own sake. After my experience I then had to remove the rest of the snow and ice that was stuck on my car, I couldn’t open my car door nor my trunk that took me a whole hour myself. Luckily I’m young to do so but imagine if I had a disability or I was old?? and you treat me like this?? Images do no justice for ice blockages and if you think a silly little swipe to the windshield really does the job for me to be able to get in my car you must not know a thing or two about cars at all. Really sad that you do not treat your customers with respect, please retake a business class or general education please.

I had scheduled a shoveling service for 11:30 AM on Feb 13th. The shovelers showed up 10 AM unannounced and shoveled my driveway without notifying us (we were in the house) while it was still snowing. I had to shovel again once the snow stopped and notified the Shovler about the issue with no response. Will not be using this app/services again.

People keep accepting the job then not showing up.

1/19/24… downloaded app to Apple iPad. It won’t open beyond cover page. Cover page shows no icons or menu to get to the next step. Tried deleting app and reloading …with no luck. No resolution. :(

I have been with Shovler since it came out and I mean one of its very first clients who cleared snow in New Jersey I was doing every house that came up for years now it has a lot of people working for it and using the app and now they go and have a premium you have to pay for and you get the better jobs !!! For people like me who been with you since the beginning and have 5 stars on every job they do should be premium automatically !!! Very disappointed I already pay you to have the service now you want me to pay for better jobs that’s not ok !!!!!!! This is how you lose the great employees like me and I end up giving the homeowner my direct contact info

App is easy to use. Service was excellent came quickly and finished quickly.

Came across this app to make some extra cash during snow storms but it seems that every job that’s available you will need to have the premium account. Although it’s only $20. how do we know if it’s even worth it?

Connects you to a bunch of randos who accept jobs and then cancel. Better off just doing it yourself. Waste of time.
