Show up is the app that only requires you to show up. That is the hardest part is starting so show up is about showing up for yourself and making yourself proud.
We have live classes 6 days a week. These classes included HIIT, strength, abs, yoga, circuit training, mobility and nutrition lessons. You will find a new schedule every week to suit you and your goals.
There will be healthy meals to gain some inspiration from. We will be running informative sessions on nutrition that you use to make healthy decisions when it comes to your diet.
These home workouts are designed to be done anywhere that suits you. If you have equipment great if you don’t join a no equipment class or find some suitable objects from your home.
Become a part of this amazing community using our community feed discuss the workouts or encourage each other on your journeys. We are all about female empowerment and encouragement here. You will never feel alone.
For just £17.99 a month you will get:

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Show Up is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or annual basis. New customers who choose a monthly or annual subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit or debit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
You can choose between:
- A monthly subscription of £17.99/month (with a 7-day free trial)
- Annual subscription of £150 (with a 7-day free trial)

Life changing
All of the trainers are so motivational and really care - this is so rare when it comes to online fitness! All of them take time in each class to make sure your form is correct so that you won’t injure yourself and they’re even offer zoom sessions to see your form properly. The community is so supportive and makes you excited to get up to get your day started! Would recommend Show Up to anyone
