Highly necessary app that barely functions as designed. Screen constantly changes and text overwrites itself. Very difficult to use.

Everything Zillow touches burns to the ground.

Glitches, resets, often doesn’t save my inputs. The “new experience” seems more glitchy. Seems to have stopped working properly after Zillow bought it. It logs me out randomly. It’s proving to be unreliable and our entire area is switching to another provider.

iPhone app has so many glitches and bugs. Works whenever it wants. Doesn’t pull up your confirmed appointments. Logged out, logged back in. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Internet connection excellent on everything else.

Often find that the app is glitching & a big frustration is the Google maps integration. It never opens properly in the app so I have to retype in address. It would be great to access & edit tours in the app. Hoping for improvements for mobile use!

After Zillow bought out this company there is no more support. No one answers the phone, long wait times. I’ve cancelled my ShowingTime monthly office plan due to poor service and bad apps.

This rarely loads and the new version removed a lot of functionality. Also, because my city has more than one MLS, I’m no longer able to merge them.

The new experience is cumbersome and a pain to schedule and see what you have scheduled. I prefer the old version.

I’m logged out EVERY TIME I open the app. Please correct this bug. Damnit Zillow. Stop trashing everything you touch

The app is a good tool with only a few tweaks needed to make it great. Please have the default view on opening the app be the ‘on my listings view.’ Or let the user choose the default view. The messages view isthe least important for how the app gets used. It’s SO annoying to constantly have to dig for the listings view every time I open the app. It would also be helpful if we could book Showing carts from the app.
