SMFH. It’s really hard to comprehend how bad this app continues to be. A once fully functioning iOS app was destroyed once taken over by Zillow. This app still sends you to a webpage every time you use it, it’s not a functioning app whatsoever. They should be ashamed to ship this app.

The app doesn’t work at all I can’t change settings needed to allow people to schedule showings online I had to get on the website on my computer and I tried to delete the app and re-install and now it won’t even install at all.

This app has always been clunky but it would work. Now the app won’t even load the homepage. when I click into the app, I just get a loading icon that never changes or brings me into my home screen. I am currently locked out of the app. Extremely inconvenient for showings!

I’ve had two showing requests of 12 in last few days show “request received” and they’ve either never saw the request; approved the request and never did it show as such on my end. Finally figured out why certain agents showings are BROKEN. They’ve updated to this version THAT DIES NOT WORK. Do NOT download it, you can’t go back & the new one means your showings are ruined until they fix it.

4 months ago - app was fine. Now it’s absolutely embarrassing that this app is in existence. Why in the actual F does this never work? Login never works… scheduling never works… follow up never sends… it ticks my clients (and our team agents) off to no end.
