Incomplete series and absence of some tv shows
When I first registered I was enjoying all the movies and I saw some of my favorite tv shows but all of a sudden they aren’t there anymore and some of the series aren’t complete, why am I seeing some series from season 7 and not season 1, it’s really frustrating😒 you guys should fix it or else I’ll stop subscribing…. Bring back the nickeledeon shows
I hate the app and I have cancelled membership
I try to download movies and It keeps on saying “your account has reached the download limit”. “remove other downloads to proceed” meanwhile there are no other downloads!🤦♂️ SMH sigh!

How will I download a movie that is less than 2hours and you people are charging close to 2gb for just a single episode, you guys are thieves and it’s so bad. Not even talking about how slow it takes for a movie or episode to download smh. I don’t recommend🤦🏾♀️ Netflix is far better

Videos don’t play
Very very frustrating app. You click a movie or a show but it doesn’t work. This has happened a lot of times on the app. Showmax is just useless!
