## ShowPal TV powered by Trakt.tv Description
ShowPal TV is the best way to manage, discover and keep track of your favorite TV shows. Now powered with Trakt so you can get all your up-to-date info synced in every device.

In order to manage your TV shows easily, we have built a gesture driven interface so you can mark as watched, as favorite or even archive your finished shows with simple, intuitive finger gestures.

You can sort your TV shows with three different sorting options: Next Episode, Last Episode and Alphabetically. Choose the one that suits your watching habits.

Since this is an app you're going to use every day, we don't want to bore you with the same interface, so you can customize the app by changing between two different layouts: Poster and Fanart. Hardcore users will love the condensed view option!
Once you have chosen the layout, you can customize the Poster and Fanart images with a simple swipe; browsing the images at full screen, and even save and share them.

You can also change the app's color scheme (Light and Dark) and choose from six different highlight colors.
Finally, you can use the tinted option to enhance the app’s UI. You can even make ShowPal automatically look different every day!

When you are in the mood for new TV shows, tap the add button to go to the Discovery area, where you can see our personal picks, trending and popular shows. If you're connected to Trakt.tv, you can also get recommendations based on your shows, as well as find out what TV shows your friends are watching.

We highly encourage you to create a Trakt.tv account; doing so will allow you to keep a backup of your watched history and also comment or rate your favorite TV shows. If you plan on using ShowPal both on your iPhone and your iPad, a Trakt.tv account is a must.

Last, but not least, we have made some beautiful themes to change the whole UI based on our most loved TV shows, like Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad. We also plan to develop new themes in the future ;)

The trakt.tv sync is abysmal.  Watched episodes come back as unwatched 24 hrs later.  Shows don’t archive.

I’ve been using this app for a very long time, at least 8 years.  It used to be amazing but recently- over the last year or so, it’s gone downhill.  Tv shows that I archive always come back to the active section as soon as it’s refreshed.  Furthermore, episodes that I’ve marked as watch will unselect themselves so I need to remark them as watched.  It’s disappointing to see the developers have just abandoned it.

This would get 5/5 stars if it didn’t keep asking me to re-log back into Trakt. Every couple days i have to reconnect it. Mildly annoying. Also sometimes when i search a show, it’ll find it, but then won’t let me add it.

I have been using ShowPal for the past 8 years, back when it used to be called ‘iShows’, and was extremely happy with the app. 

Lately, I feel due to the lack of updates I have been facing many bugs in the app. I am no longer able to archive shows. Whenever I archive them they just glitch and revert back to my ‘Active Shows’ dashboard. Would love it if this issue could be resolved!

This is one of the best tv show tracking apps out there. PERIOD.

However recently it’s plagued with bugs the developer has not addressed making the app not really useful to track shows when connected to Trakt.tv. 

When you mark a show complete, the app unchecks after a little while. So you have to remember what you actually watched.

When you add a show, the app removes it after a little while.

When you move a show between active and archive, the app puts the show back after a little while.

When you rate a show or sitter a comment, the app removes them.

Literally the app fails at doing the main thing it’s designed to do.

Hope the developers fix the app.

For some reason, everytime I archive the show I have finished watching, it remains on the active tv shows page, & recently it doesn't mark the episodes I watch, & every episode I rate isn't being saved, and I'm tired of the app not working because I want to see it do well, but it's no longer functional

I’m really enjoying this and it definitely helps me keep track of what I’m watching. But there are a few things that I think should get fixed. Sometimes when I try and archive something when it refresh or close the app it gets puts back into the what I’m watching section. Slightly annoying to have to change that every time I open the app.
