I’ve been using Shreddy for a couple of years and it has never failed me. There are guided plans for for any fitness phase you might be going through, whether you are in your era of heavy lifting and hitting the gym 5x a week, or when your career is consuming too much of your energy but you still want to move your body a few times a week for at least 20 minutes, the options are endless and rewarding. You can change it up and add in different bits and bobs, which is awesome. It’s not too diet culture focussed, emphasis is on feeling good and moving your body, which is also great. I like that the focus is on moving your body and loving that before any kind of physical goal. The app was also essential for me staying sane throughout the lockdown, it’s the most consistent I have been with an exercise routine in a long time. There are some bugs though, sometimes the app freezes and other times it won’t record a session. I’m not sure if this is because of the app itself, or because of my older iPhone.
