### *---- "Poor service"
I purchased media refrigerator and Jan 6 I received it.
( thru tabby payment contract). Best Alyousef delivered the item. After 1 week of using I heard noisy sound inside the fridge next day freezer & chiller not working. I contacted Shrwaa company and forwarded me to contact Best Yousef company for replacement/ maintenance as they are responsible for this matter. I’m confused until now because Shrwaa now leave me for not helping to follow up and Best Alyousef until now not give replacement. Very bad service. Never again.

Jan 19 I called again.
Jan 20 technicians came to take back the refrigerator
Today Jan 28 no update of delivery date.

Until now waiting for replacement.
