## Shut the Box Classic - Kids Description
Shut the Box – The Ultimate Collection!

Enjoy Shut the Box Classic, Thai, Double Box, Evens, Odds, and 12 — all included in one app, perfect for everyone! From kids learning basic math to adults who love classic dice games, this is the only Shut the Box app you’ll ever need. Play seamlessly across all your Apple devices. New, pick your dice style: realistic 3D or clean flat (fun for adults or easy for kids).

How to Play
At the start, all tiles are open. Roll two dice and cover the tile or combination of tiles that match your roll. If you can’t make a move, the game ends — your final score is the total of the uncovered tiles. The lowest score wins, and if you cover every tile, you’ve shut the box! Thai Style Variant: Always roll two dice, but cover only one tile that matches either die or their sum. For example, if you roll a 2 and a 3, you can cover 2, 3, or 5.

	•	No ads — ever
	•	No data collection of any kind

## Shut the Box Classic - Kids Reviews in United States

### **--- "Many bugs (used to work fine)"
Edited review:
Developer, you did not understand my review when you replied to it. I know they are all separate games. In the past I played them before and they all worked fine. They don’t now. Only the regular game works. The rest don’t.

For example in the Thai game it no longer letting me pick the sum. So that’s a bug. Not me. It’s the game not working.

I’m no longer interested in this game and will not be replying further.

Prior review:

I recently re-downloaded this game on my newer phone because I used to have it and it worked perfectly. The Classic mode still works perfectly. However there are math bugs in other modes. For example, in the Thai mode, you are supposed to be able to pick just one of the dice, or their sum total. But it won’t always let you pick the sum total. On my first roll, for example, I rolled double sixes. All boxes were still open, so I should have been able to choose 12. But when I tried to select two boxes adding up to twelve, it said try again. It did this with other valid rolls too. Same kind of thing happened in the Doubles mode too. It wouldn’t let me pick a valid move when I tried to play this mode. It also had math errors in odd and even modes. I’d click on valid moves and they wouldn’t register. A couple times it even let me click non-valid moves. Also, for some reason, if I tilt my phone elements on the board tilt in a visually weird way. This never used to happen. Classic mode is fine, other than the tilting issue, but this game doesn’t work like it used to. I was going to buy coins (optional) but now I’m not. Unfortunately I’m deleting the game. If it ever gets fixed I may try again. iPhone 12, iOS 16.3.

### ***** "Awesome game! Developer was helpful."
I really enjoy this game. Especially the dual American game. I reported a small bug and the developer got back to me right away and fixed it. NO ADS!
-- LightsOut56, 2021-02-20

### *---- "Weak graphics, Weak help, and Rude Developer"
Game has weak graphics. No option to play against computer. Help appears to be limited to Coin Calculations. If you want to play variations and know the rules associated with them you’ll have to do the research yourself. Developer is also very rude in responding to reviews that aren’t positive. Suggest looking elsewhere!

### ***** "Best Shut the Box!"
All shut the box world games for all, no ads! Plus everything just works. Great gameplay. Well worth the money!
-- InZv17, 2018-10-09

### ***** "Works after updates."
Another reviewer already said this (I should have read the reviews first), but you need coins to play. When you run out of coins you are required to buy some. I have the physical version of this game and I love it. But I'm not going to continue to pay for coins.

UPDATE: Developer message said I could shut betting off so I could play the game. So I re-downloaded it and it works great.
-- MJSanta, 2018-06-10

### *---- "Money Sucker"
Played 10 times and now it wants money for coins. I want my money back. Got ripped off. DONT BUY THIS APP
-- Justastupidname, 2018-03-28

### ***-- "Eh"
Is a good game. But wish I had looked it over before I bought it. I hate having to gamble before every turn!
-- Shugaless, 2017-07-30

### *---- "Total rip off - stay away!!!!"
They make you pay for the app then you have to buy coins to play - should not be allowed!
-- Ordkyxtakt, 2017-03-22

### *---- "Not worth pay-to-play"
This is pretty low-end on graphics and audio. Would be fine as a free app, but paying 99 cents every time you lose 500+ coins?... so not worth it.
-- witttiger93, 2017-02-06

### *---- "Don't buy unless you want to spend more money"
Bought this game, played 5 rounds and ran out of coins. Can't play anymore unless I'm willing to buy a chest of coins. I'm not. No option to get coins daily. Deleting.
