Shut Up: Comment Blocker

I must be missing something, but it’ll block comments on pretty much all websites except instagram on iOS safari, which is my biggest reason for wanting to block comments. Hoping to figure that issue out.

It saves me time online I would have wasted reading comments. By default, this should be included on all phones and internet devices as it really helps me spend less time getting distracted online.

i know, not really the kind of website to use this for, but trust me pinterest comments have given me migranes, some of these kids wont last a day in the world on their own, so i beg you, please let this work on pinterest.co.uk (the web domain im using, because .com seems to be blocked)

I don’t know what happened, but it started working properly.

Reinstalled and still resets the whitelist everytime it's opened. Dunno how such an app-breaking bug still exists.

I like the idea of it but it sadly doesn’t work on YouTube which was the reason why I downloaded it.

I thought of trying this but clearly does not work in ventura.

I like what it does, but I would love it even more if it can work on all the individual apps.I downloaded it so I couldn’t have comments on any of my apps and I could watch content without opinions.

Wish I heard about this app sooner. I’ve gotten fed up with the misandry and faith bashing, but never thought of getting something like this to make it all go away. Did the steps, toggled the extension, and checked a few websites… 2 of the 3 worked. Now I can watch videos without worrying about the pricks of YouTube underneath titles; if only this extension worked for Twitter, though…

Really improves the internet experience. It's easy to get hooked into nonsense - the websites themselves tend to push the most "engaging" material - so it's helpful to not even have a chance to see anything inflammatory. Perhaps I've got a setting off, but it seems to me that even when I click to see comments, the blocker knows to keep on hiding them since it's clearly my moment of weakness when I need it most. Definitely recommend this tool.
