Inaccurate sleep monitoring
I was on the second night of using shuteye. I was awake for a couple of hours during the monitored sleeping period but the monitoring info indicated that I was deeply asleep the whole time. Why is that?

This app has lots of sleep inducer methods. Highly effective
Subscription Issue
I thought I’d be allowed to unsubscribe or end the free trial before the 8th day. I was automatically charged and for a bigger amount instead of the PHP 1000++. I felt like I was robbed.
Borderline Scam
The app will tell you that you can avail of a 7-day free trial of their premium but then charge you immediately once you subscribe to that “free trial.” I don’t know. For me that’s just borderline scam behavior.

I am so disappointed that it automatically deducted ASAP the amount of 1,550 pesos under my GCash account when it is indicated that “there’s a free trial”. Now, I can’t retrieve my payment anymore😡😡😡

Heating issue and battery draining
I subscribe for a year and I just found out It heats up my iPhone and drains my battery a lot. Pls fix
It makes my phone hot
This app is good but my phone is too warm in the morning because i need to connect charger while using the app. I registered for one year premium but i think i will not use it anymore.
