Seriously it should not require me to jump through so many hoops to get a quote. Emailed reservation confirmation did not directions as to how to get to Ride. Was very confusing finding desk in Seattle airport. Arrows show uturns make no sense. Waiting outside in cold. One info guy at SeaTac told me to go to courtesy phones to call in and that was wrong. Have to go to desk and follow “door to door vans” signs which show you make a uturn and make no sense. So poor shuttle express app and customer direction and poor seatac signage review.
