## Shuttle Description
Shuttle is an app based pickup & drop-off transportation service that provides shared rides for your daily commute needs across Dhaka city. With the app you can schedule your rides and enjoy the comforts of sedan cars at an affordable price.

PICK AND DROP SERVICE FOR YOUR DAILY COMMUTE
Simply choose your nearby pickup and drop off points from the app and select your preferred time of travel. If your route is not available in the system, just let us know and we will launch a route for you.

SCHEDULED RIDES
Pre-scheduling your rides with Shuttle ensures that you find rides when you need it the most. So when you are heading out for work or study, your ride will already be there to take you to your destination.

AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYONE
Shuttle costs a third of the expense you are currently paying for bikes, cars or CNG’s. Our sedan rides guarantee you the highest levels of comfort and safety while still being light on your wallet.

DESIGNATED COACHES FOR WOMEN
In Bangladesh, women face the most difficulties over commuting. The ‘Female Only’ option is dedicated to transport women. Now, women can travel to their destinations safely and comfortably.

MORE SAFETY FOR WOMEN
Safe commuting is a major deciding factor when it comes to women and their daily travel to work or study. Safety issues with cars, danger of riding bikes and lack of seats in public transport are to name a few. That’s why Shuttle caters specially for the safety of women who join our community.

FIXED PRICE ON FARES, NO SURGE PRICING
Skyrocketing fares during peak hours create a huge impact on your finances. With Shuttle, that simply doesn’t happen. Pay a fixed price with Shuttle regardless of peak or off-peak hours, Sunday to Thursday. No speculating or haggling about your daily travel expenses.

ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON TIME
Your ride is always available at a scheduled time with Shuttle. Thus you’re never late to your work or class. Moreover, unlike other modes of transport such as ridesharing app vehicles, CNG’s that refuse to go to your destination, Shuttle never cancels on you.

MONTHLY PACKAGES
Shuttle also offers monthly packages on scheduled rides. Our monthly packages ensure that rides are reserved for you throughout the duration of the package and helps you save more by availing great discounts.

IN APP PAYMENT
Shuttle accepts all popular forms of digital payments for refilling credits. The credit system on the app allows you to prepay for your rides and book rides in advance. It’s really that simple. Note that if you decide to cancel your pre-booked ride, a refund will be automatically made to your account.

A COMMUTE SOLUTION DURING PEAK HOURS
Due to the large number of individuals commuting to and from work or study, getting a ride in the morning and evening is very challenging. Booking a seat in Shuttle relieves you from that worry.

Shuttle is a solution based commute app that promotes and delivers:
*Affordability
*Fixed price rates
*Scheduled rides
*On time pick and drop services
*In app separate service to women only
*Safety and comfort
*Cashless payment through credits
*Impeccable customer service

Shuttle is supported by :
Robi Axiata Limited

## Shuttle Reviews in United States

### **--- "No car available in route! No customer service !!"
No car available in route! No customer service !!
-- Fayeed Ahmed, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Hello"
They are non responsive
People might become ill
They might atleast try to understand that people might encounter problem .
Nothing more to say . Very poor cooperation must say
-- AshaHabib, 2024-10-15

### **--- "App won’t let me register"
Downloaded app and typed in my mobile number to register and it wouldn’t let me click the button to get to next screen?
-- pierreyancy, 2024-10-10

### **--- "Unable to get phone number verification"
It will not let me proceed phone number verification despite entering a valid phone number of the correct format. 9xxxxxxxxx
-- chkent94, 2024-10-02

### *---- "Worst Service"
This is by far the worst service by any company.
-- Mainul Haque Mahi, 2024-01-25

### *---- "Horrible service"
The service level is so poor against the commitment. They take the payment in advance but they don’t bother about the service and commitment. They cannot provide transportation in office time and don’t even inform earlier which causes the passengers big trouble in rush hours. Even their refund process takes 10 to 20 days though they commit to refund in three days. Their call centre service is the worst service in the country.
-- OnlyArif, 2023-11-01

### **--- "Used to be good not anymore"
They don’t have the decency to let you know the car is broken and it won’t show up, because of this I got late.

Not to mention refund process for rides they missed out on is difficult
-- catmeow8989, 2023-10-02

### *---- "Unsatisfactory services"
Drive was so late that reached office too late. You need to monitor this. If a person gets a late entry at office , what’s the purpose of using this service at early in the morning . You should be careful about Your time-table. You just put a pick up hour but don’t that accordingly.

This is disappointing. You should take actions. One late could be considerable due to heavy traffic. But, consecutive late is highly unacceptable.
-- xyzzz.., 2023-02-19

### ****- "Customer service"
Customer service should be prompt and easy to connect. Sending a message simply cannot add a standard of service.
-- Sumaiya 0706, 2022-11-22

### ***-- "Worst tracking"
Why can’t i track my rides? Tracking option should open to where my ride is.
-- bonniibasak, 2022-10-16
