## Shuttle2Anywhere Reviews in United States

### *---- "Waste of time"
This app is pointless. Do not use!!
-- International distributor, 2023-05-17

### *---- "DO NOT USE"
THIS SERVICE SENT MY DRIVER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, AND BECAUSE OF THE DISTANCE I HAD TO TAKE UBER. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE ME A CREDIT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS NOT HELPFUL, UN ACCOMMODATING, AND CONDESCENDING. HE BLAMED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE. THEY PROVIDE NO CUSTOMER PROTECTION AT ALL. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-- Erica Dorsey, 2022-09-02

### *---- "App sent wrong information"
The driver didn’t show. The app sent the wrong information about the driver. I called the driver and he said he wasn’t going to pick me up. Calling support numbers just lead you to a recording with no support.

### *---- "The worst"
Do not use this company. Our flight was running late so I gave our driver a heads up. They canceled our reservation without saying anything, leaving me stranded at the airport with my daughter, at 1AM. Then they wouldn’t refund the fare, only giving us a credit which I will never use since I don’t want to get stranded again in the middle of the night.

### *---- "ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WAY TO GET TO LAX"
This has to be the most unprofessional, non communicative company I've ever delt with. Made and paid for the reservation 2 days in advance.
I paid extra for a van as I had a snowboard bag with me. I landed in Burbank, walked out to the pickup spot and spent the next hour trying to get someone to communicate to me where the driver is and what is he driving. After an hour of waiting and a couple of "I'm checking on it" replies I get this.

"Already checked it with the dispatch, unfortunately the driver can't make it and dispatch couldn't find any rescue driver until now so we need to process a refund and please take other transportation. I'm sorry."

I booked a ride several days in advance so I didn't have to Lyft premium prices on a Friday night at prime time. It would have been cheaper to rent a car and drive to LAX. Absolutely the worst customer service and company I've ever delt with.
When your business is in your name Shuttle to LAX and you can't even do that. Horrible!!!
-- Dontblendin, 2021-12-18

### *---- "Save yourself a headache"
My pickup ride to the airport went great. Then on my return flight I landed about 11pm. Waited trying to get a confirmed car, just to have my reservation cancelled. So I’m writing this review from an Uber that costs me almost double, but at least I’m heading home an hour and a half later. TERRIBLE APP.
-- thetxkid, 2021-11-28

### *---- "Horrible service"
They cancelled 30 minutes prior to my trip
-- Nickgomez310, 2021-07-16

### *---- "Don’t use this service"
I booked a month in advance and checked my app when we landed. We were not assigned. Contact customer service and we are told per dispatch your reservation is canceled we don’t have tone at lax. Never again
-- Jim#1 03, 2021-07-03

### ***** "NOT LEGITIMATE / SCAM"
SCAM!!!!DO NOT USE
Had a pick up scheduled
for 410 am. Got a call at 345 am stating driver would not be here. No offer of other solution other than your on your own. Had to scramble with last minute parking costing us an addition $320. Would avoid this scam company at all costs. Wannabe uber just without drivers, vehicles or any sort of customer service. Should’ve know when they have NO phone contact option
-- beejay mckay, 2021-06-18

### *---- "Withholding refund!!!!"
Beware customers, do not use this service at all, pay the extra money and get a Uber,Lyft anything else even the metro. I had to cancel my shuttle due to flight changes and still have not received any refund it’s been over 50 days!!!! Also the second I cancelled the app charged me 5.00$ for a cancellation. So quick to charge yet still have not gotten my money back. This company should be out of business.
