The app is great and I’ve been using it for sometime, but since I updated to the most recent version, it’s just stuck on the splash screen. No I can’t even use it

Please adding a chat bot won’t be bad

This new update is so slow! Nothing loads, always brings up “something went wrong “ error. I had to search for my usual route 3x before I finally got a response. It kept showing me “route unavailable” which is rubbish. Undo this update and revert back to the older version

I would have written a lengthy experience about Shuttlers but the summary of it is that, getting to your bus stop on time does not guarantee you making the trip and even if it’s their fault, you don’t get your money back

I love it

I transferred money for booking but the payment was reversed and my wallet was credited, but I can’t use same amount credited in my wallet to book the same route again, with error message ‘user does not have enough money in wallet’ I don’t understand what the issue may be, this is the 2nd time I’m experiencing this.

The app is riddled with bugs. You can do better by fixing them.

Seamless booking process

Very useless app. You had announced you would cover certain routes to an event, I funded my account only for you to remove every single route on the day of the event. And there’s no method for refund either.. terrible customer support. I will keep reporting you with peoples devices till they take your app down. Thieves

This is the worst app and ride I have ever come across. No one should download it. They are fake and just trying to steal peoples money. I’m a leaving testimony that’s why I’m telling you guys so you won’t fall victim
