Booking a seat on Shuttlers is a click away, here is how it's done;
* Fund your wallet easily using the payment platform or through bank transfer
* Select pick up and destination location, confirm time and click on Book shuttle
* You will get a push notification when the shuttle starts
* Check-in to confirm and pay for seat
* Join the Shuttle at the designated bus-stop
* Seat back, fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride!

Very poor!!!!

If I couldn’t give a negative star rating for them I could gladly do such. They have no sort of structure to even check whether or not the right passenger gets into the vehicle, poor customer service, lack of manners both from the driver and customer support. Never again going!

Used Shuttlers for a year now, and I have nothing bad to say. Prices are higher now due to the fuel subsidy removal, but it’s understandable. Well done, guys

No leg room in Hiace bus

There is no leg room in the Hiace bus from Falomo roundabout to Ogba. It’s very uncomfortable.
