My go-to money app

The recent Shyft update has made it easier for me to manage my forex. Loving the theme toggle! Love using my physical card when I travel and my virtual cards for safe online shopping. It’s a great app if you are new to investing as well, wishing there were more ways to view my portfolio performance but it is still new.

Easiest way to transact in FX

This app facilitates the quick and easy purchase of FX. Transfers are easy and the virtual and physical card facilities are very efficient. I love the added security of being able to enable and disable card.

No face id

What happened to face id?

5.1.0 update buggy as hell

Prior to the June update, Shyft is my app of the year as it makes travel budget planning and expense tracking a breeze. The latest update is very buggy, notably that when scrolling down to view cards in glovalview, they flash at 10 times a second so you can’t see the names or amounts. In Manage Cards, the virtual cards disappear and reappear, and the balance of physical cards goes to 0 when in this mode. Please fix!

App never works

Honestly the app never works, ever since I downloaded it I’ve only been logged in once after that is has always been a hassle, not what I expected.

Great app, waiting on the zar option to buy shares

App is ok - Customer service is appalling

Don’t even bother downloading, and storing your money with Shyft. If you’re travelling, rather go to a real bank and get a travel card from them because it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my Shyft card. I can’t seem to get it resolved because their delivery drivers don’t answer and their customer service is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time Nedbank and FNB have better forex solutions

Can’t be trusted

Have been using it for a while. Since 3 days ago some of the shares I bought are missing!! Help desk and Technical Team are struggling to fix it. I am stranded and can not do anything with my shares. Not sure how an app with this flaws are allowed as a financial platform.

Great app but not working today 14/12/2023

The USD/ZAR exchange rate has improved dramatically overnight and now I want to convert my ZAR to USD but I can’t login and the help functionality also gives an error. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
