I was getting very promising advertising ads of this site. With lot of hopes I enrolled. First consulting was very bad- rush-rush in 10 min. No history taking, clearcut guideline how to use things. Later on multiple attempts to book classes failed because no recommended class is available before n after office hours. After multiple communication & complains- I left site after 3 months. Then received call to know how ot went- told them same thing- that I have not taken single class. Noted. But no action. So beware before giving them money.

I have joined the postnatal yoga classes few weeks back. I mention the trainer before the class it self that I have little bit back pain so give attention accordingly. However I did not get that and after that class I got sever back ache which is like I can’t bend my self can’t walk etc. since 5 days I am suffering that. When I asked to the customer support for help they added me in back strengthening classes but what about my loss? I am in complete rest now and my classes are going lapse. Also I have to bear the pain because of yoga only.
Please increase my time line until I am ready to start with the yoga.

I am a paid member and haven’t been able to use their services as I haven’t been able to login into my web page as they can’t generate OTPs on time. When raised as a concern i got to know that they can’t even track when a customer hasn’t been able to gets OTPs. When asked for any kind of compensation ( extension or refund)for this all they have to say is it’s against their company policy. How funny! Please do not enrol with them, there are multiple cheaper and better managed online yoga service providers in the market these days.
