বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে বাজে একটি এপস,
মাসে লগইন করা যায় কালে ভাদ্রে!
ফাইজলামির একটা সিমা থাকে 
সেটাও এরা অতিক্রম করে ফেলছে.
টাকা কাটবেন এপস থেকে বিকাশে কিন্তু যোগ হবে না আবার 50 টাকা খরচ করে কল সেন্টারে যোগাযোগ করলে কাস্টমার কেয়ার থেকে বলবেন যেখানে হিসাব খুলছেন সেই শাখায় যোগাযোগ করেন! একটা আবেদন করুন তাহলে টাকা যোগ হবে?? ভাই তোরা কি আসলে? 
সার্ভিস দিতে না পারলে কার্ড ও এপস বন্ধ কর,,

অনলাইনে আসতে বলছে কে তোদের মত অথর্বদের?

দয়াকরে খুব দ্রুত কারেন্ট একাউন্টে ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার সুবিধা এড করেন। যেখানে অন্যান্য সব ব্যাংকের এই টাইপ সুবিধা আছে আপনাদের এড করতে সমস্যা কোথায়? আপনাদের সেভিংস একাউন্টে ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার হয় কারেন্ট একাউন্টে হয়না এটা খুবই হাস্যকর !

ট্রান্সফার সিস্টেমের আপডেট জরুরি। NPSB, RTGS এগুলি এ্যাড করা দরকার এবং ট্রান্সফার লিমিট ৫ লাখ টাকা করা উচিত। যেখানে দেশের অনেক ব্যাংকই এই সেবা দিচ্ছে আপনারা কেনো পিছিয়ে থাকবেন।

The app uses to work very well. Since I started using iPhone XR, it always asks to register the devise. It sends the code to my email, I enter the code then it says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to register your devise”. There is no option to report this issue. 

This thing is happening for more than 6 months now, no solution yet to resolve the issue.
