All they provide is a basic medical certificate, a template they use, for all people. If you need anymore information such as symptoms, medical recommendations or other inclusions in your medical certificate they won’t do it.
The team were very unhelpful they didn’t help me with my carers leave they said other arrangements needed to be made but I had no other option they didn’t even hear me out. I don’t recommend them at all.
The medical professional I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable, giving good advice about which medications to take.
As above and the app works well, video and audio are clear, saves a trip waiting at the doctors or pharmacy, great for when you have a cold!
Great for when you just need the paperwork and not the lengthy and pricey doctor bill. Takes a few moments and can see someone very quickly!
Hi guys my name is patros I tried to call you guys last night from 8 pm till 11.30 pm but no one called me back it was something wrong with the app connection & I couldn’t supply a MC to my boss & I won’t get paid for yesterday thanks to you & this morning I tried 3 time at 12 noon till some one answered the call & he was un helpful rude & hung up on me 👹👽
I read reviews before I try this app. As other says it is very simple and get connected with a professional in seconds. Then receive the cert straight away. Surprise and happy of how easy to use the app and service. I'll share with my friends and family.
Really friendly health care professionals. They are really good. Great service and not long waits at all. Great virtual app if you are feeling under the weather
I am very fond of this application as it has proven to be incredibly useful in connecting me promptly with the appropriate individual to assist with obtaining medical certificates in a timely manner, especially during times of illness when visiting a hospital is not feasible.
Sicki is a great service. They are prompt, empathetic and professional when you need them most. So glad a friend told me about them. Would definitely recommend them.
