## Sidechat ｡･ﾟﾟ･ Reviews in United States

### *---- "New Update includes ads"
0/5. Ads = Gross
-- Skyline Chili Bowl, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Rude comments for nothing👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼"
ppl on here are mean for no reason and make things a big deal than it has to be fr like me js telling a story and then getting hate comments for it like make it make sense. Do better sidechat lol
-- mintywatermelonie, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Allows people to be anonymous when bullying or harassing other users"
The title itself is self explanatory. The app states that it allows people to make their opinions anonymously. Seen an instant that it allows classmates at one university harass another student online. Just allows the cowards in our society to use this app without having to wear robes and hoods to harass people. The sad thing is it’s in a community at a historically black college. Someone didn’t vote for the right candidate it seems.
-- RudeGoblin, 2024-11-09

### ***** "Experience"
It’s fun
-- ima expert rater, 2024-10-04

### *---- "No Support, App info outdated"
App has basically no support. Only way to contact for an indefinite time out is an email address that never replies. Moderation has worked hard since the lawsuits to maintain certain narratives. I'm even a top user with a username and can't get support
-- Fernan1999, 2024-08-06

### *---- "Crashing and Sexist moderators"
This app always crashes and logs me out also the moderators are unfair towards men, I’ve been pretty much cyber bullied on here by women but if I try to defend myself my posts get removed and they’ll allow the women to say whatever no matter how sexist or offensive it may be. If anyone cares please look into this.
-- HumanRLilGlo, 2024-07-19

### *---- "A Subpar Copy"
Looking for a social media platform that'll leave you feeling frustrated? Sidechat is your ticket. This app imitates the likes of Twitter and Reddit without adding anything new. Its only selling point, the university server feature, turned out to be a nightmare.

I joined Sidechat to connect with students on my university’s server, but a glitch logged me out, and I discovered the app locks you out for a whopping 90 days if you dare to log out of your university, making it impossible for me to access the server for 3 months. Despite numerous attempts to contact support, they've completely ignored me.

If you’re not a university student, save yourself the trouble and stick to Reddit as it’s literally the same thing but better, even Twitter/X is a better experience – they're light-years ahead of this platform.
-- Generic Nickname for Reviews, 2024-06-06

### *---- "Now the user-base is established, time to cramp the adds in."
Ruined by the quantity of garbage attention seeking adds disused as real posts, every 2-2 posts.

Yikyak died for this…
-- IsaacIIV, 2024-05-24

### *---- "Islamophobic content is encouraged"
Only go on their if you’re pro isreal, otherwise you’ll be restricted from posting
-- maryam-chan, 2024-05-01

### *---- "Crushes"
Can’t even get into the app ? Crushes after entering the code from the email
-- Sasha_Swan, 2024-04-10
