Banking with sierra central is pretty good. The app is terrible. Doesn’t allow me to log in with biometrics, doesn’t save my login credentials, I’ve set usage notifications to my phone number multiple times and I don’t receive anything. Overall app is no good.

The new update removed the screen rotate option, and with it the ability to view the app in landscape mode, where the font is largest and its easiest and most convenient. I registered my concerns about this and requested the screen rotate to be turned back on. I was told “Sorry, but no”. Sierra is not the most customer oriented CU.

### *---- "No Longer allowed to “snow ball” your loans"
They no longer allow the (snow ball effect) pay a higher xxx amount due each end of month to reduce the total loan now they only offer “other amount excess to the next payment” which means you can’t pay ahead of time to pay your total loan amount anymore. Now you can only pay the car note ahead of time without reducing your loan term. I’m changing banks when my main bank finally relents and gives better than a 5%. I like to snow ball all my bigger finances it’s easier and cheaper than having to pay just the due amount

Why is there no option to pay more towards the principal of a loan?  I can call or stop by a branch but nothing on the app. The whole point of a Mobil app is convenience! Dumb!
