Several times this year the notification stop working. That’s the entire purpose of the subscription. I have been subscribing for several years now but unfortunately this may be my last year year because I no longer receive alerts. I have contacted them several times but they do not respond. On top of the notifications not working properly the customer service it not all that great with responding as well. If it did work as it should like it use too, I would give five stars but unfortunately I paid for something I am not receiving. They don’t care enough to respond back so it’s time to cut ties. Pros - it’s easy to read without a lot of clutter. In my area it’s linked in with the DOT cameras so I can often see still photos of identified hazard situations. Cons - the information is so delayed that the wreckers are already loading the damaged vehicles before the incident shows up on the app. If you rely on this app to plan your route you will often be stuck. I use Waze, exclusively, for navigation. While Waze shows traffic along your route and vicinity, that's it. This app allows you to view traffic for the whole region, with current speeds and traffic cams.
