SIGNL4 ermöglicht die schnelle und nachvollziehbare Alarmierung in folgenden Bereichen: - IT-Betrieb und Rufbereitschaft - Produktion, Maschinenwartung und Qualitätssicherung - Technischer Außendienst - Arbeitssicherheit, Notfälle und Krisenreaktion Wiederholte Benachrichtigungen per SMS, Anruf oder Push mit individuellen Ton stellen sicher, dass kein Alarm übersehen wird. Wird ein Alarm nicht rechtzeitig quittiert, wird automatisch an weitere Personen eskaliert. Bestehende Anwendung und Systeme können für die vollautomatische Alarmierung einfach per Email oder Webhook mit SIGNL4 verbunden werden. Damit können Alarme direkt aus IT-Anwendungen, Maschinen oder Sensoren übermittelt werden. Wir haben die Integration mit über 150 verschiedenen Drittsystemen verifiziert. Neue Alarme werden je nach Inhalt mit Farbe, Symbol und speziellem Pushton markiert und klassifiziert, so dass Du sofort weißt worum es geht. Verfolge in Echtzeit in der mobilen App ob Alarme oder Aufträge quittiert werden und wer sie übernimmt. Stelle Rückfragen und kommuniziere per integriertem mobilem Chat. Deine Teammitglieder können Schichten und Bereitschaften im Voraus planen oder sich per Knopfdruck in der App zum Dienst an- und abmelden. Die App erinnert Dich automatisch, wenn es Zeit für den Schichtwechsel oder Ablösung im Dienst ist. Alle Stunden in der Bereitschaft oder im Dienst werden protokolliert. Vom Grundsatz ist die App wirklich toll und im Funktionsumfang super geeignet. Leider wird man aber auf dem iPhone immer wieder ausgeloggt was bei einer Alarmierung zu unnötigen Aufwänden führt. Interessanter Weise funktioniert die Push Mitteilung selbst nachdem man noch ausgeloggt ist. Also scheint die App ja grundsätzlich noch im Hintergrund zu laufen.
