한국정보인증에서 새롭게 제공하는 SignPLUS 앱은 iOS 기반의 스마트기기에서 고객사의 2차인증 발급 및 인증 서비스를 제공합니다. 스마트기기에서 SignPLUS 앱을 설치 후 기능을 사용하실 수 있습니다.

* LTE, 3G망으로 어플리케이션을 다운 받으시는 경우 데이터 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다. 가급적 Wi-Fi 망 이용을 권장합니다.
[지원 기기]
- iOS 14.0 이상 단말
- 탈옥 등 운영체제가 변조된 단말기에서는 서비스 이용이 불가합니다.
- SignPLUS 앱에 대한 궁금하신 점은 고객센터(1577-8787)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.
[서비스 접근권한 안내]
* 선택적 접근권한
- 카메라: QR Code 인식 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용
- Face ID: 생체인증을 통한 이용자 확인을 위해 사용
- 알림: Push를 통한 OTP 간편인증 서비스 제공을 위해 사용
* 접근권한 철회 방법
- 설정 > SignPLUS 선택 > 접근권한별 동의 또는 철회 선택
* 선택적 접근권한은 동의하지 않아도 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.
* 선택접 접근권한 미동의시 해당 기능의 이용이 어려울 수 있습니다.
